You know when a loved one dies it is a very traumatic busy time especially when it occurs suddenly & you are not prepared. I have lived in this area my whole life & even in my panic, the Mosti name was the first to come to my mind so that’s who I called. Dave immediately put my mind at ease. He took care of EVERYTHING right from the start even though not an arrangement had been made nor a penny paid. From picking up my dad from the nursing home to getting me his death certificate, Dave did it all with professionalism & sympathy. He even dealt with social security! He also worked out a payment plan that more than met my needs. No one ever really wants to deal with a funeral home but we all must. After this experience, all of my future needs will be trusted to Mosti’s. Thanks again for making a hard time in my life so much more bearable.

They are very thoughtful as well as extremely helpful In these difficult and stressful times and provide guidance when you are unsure of how to have a beautiful remembrance service for your loved one. Everything from calling hours to graveside service could not have been more perfect for my sister. I highly recommend them and was very pleased that they were referred to me

Needless to say, the death of a loved one is a very emotional, sensitive time. The sense of caring that the Mosti family has for this time is beyond compare. From family and religious dynamics to coordinating with the staff at the cemetery, every detail was attended to. Their professionalism brought an ever so needed degree of comfort.

I am beyond pleased with all the work Justin and the team at Mosti has done to handle the death of my aunt. Living over 500 miles away, I solely relied on Justin to lead the way in arrangements. The customer service at Mosti is just incredible. I know you are in the business of people, but you truly showed that every step of the way. The focus has been on how you could help to get things done, not on how and when you are going to pay. Unlike here in Chicago. It is quite the opposite unfortunately. Thank you for your attention to details, your continued efforts along the way, your incredible customer service and your constant professionalism.
